Actually not only in dancing it helping me in other things also like my work my concentration is improving my stamina has increased a lot i can work more than usual i dont feel tired i also wakeup fresh in the morning. It really helping me lottttt.

After learning KALARIPAYATTU i became more rhythamic and flexible and i can feel that while dancing.
